About

Hi, I’m Jamelia. I’m a curious soul with a passion for being a lifelong learner, foodie, and a self-proclaimed connoisseur in fitness and nutrition. By day, I’m an elementary school teacher. I’ve had the privilege of becoming a tenured teacher in 2020. My journey has blended hard work, faith, and a dash of caffeine. The city lights inspire me, but I dream of pink sand beaches, palm trees, and warm weather. I’m currently a student at Mercy University. I am an alumna of City College CUNY and York College CUNY, where I studied childhood education. Those late-night studies at the library shaped who I am today. I’m all in on my mission to learn and speak a second language, make my own clothing, and bake a cake from scratch. When I’m not typing away, you’ll find me spending time with my family or creating digital products, building generational wealth. I believe creativity fuels the soul, so I dabble in improving my sewing skills, practicing a second language (Spanish), and reading books about health and longevity. Feel free to reach out—I love connecting with people with similar interests. You can find me on ____ or drop me an email at ___
